This fruit leather is made with certified organic heirloom apples from North Branch Farm in Monroe, Maine.  We add certified organic cinnamon, certified organic Maine grown grated ginger from Stonecipher Farm in Bowdoinham, Maine,  and a pinch of certified organic ground cloves.  Each 0.5 oz package contains 3-5 strips. It's kind of like a fruit jerky, kind of like a fruit roll up. Chew it, think about it and enjoy it!.  Comes in a compostable pouch.  Product is shelf stable for 1 year  if kept dry.
